Free Shipping Across India
We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within India. There are no hidden delivery charges at checkout. We currently ship only to addresses in India.
Processing and Dispatch Time
Every piece is laser-cut, layered and hand-finished in our Guntur, Andhra Pradesh workshop. Every order is made and finished for you, and is dispatched within 6–7 days of your order being received. Custom, personalised and bulk orders take longer; we will confirm the expected dispatch date with you before production begins.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–8 business days, depending on your location. Metro cities usually receive orders sooner, while remote areas and some North-East and island locations may take longer. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather or other events outside our control.
Order Tracking
When your order is dispatched we will share the courier name and tracking number by email or phone so you can follow your delivery.
Packaging
Each artwork is fully assembled, fitted with wall hooks and packed with protective padding in a sturdy box to keep the layers safe in transit.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please check your package on delivery. If your artwork arrives damaged, or the parcel appears tampered with, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as described in our Refund and Returns Policy.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are complete and correct. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; additional shipping charges may apply.
Bulk and Corporate Orders
For bulk, corporate gifting or custom orders, shipping timelines and charges are confirmed individually. Please contact us for a quote.
