At Embercut Studio, every piece is laser-cut and hand-finished to order in our Guntur workshop. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@embercutstudio.in with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs, at no cost to you.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Because our products are handcrafted and often made to order, we can only accept change-of-mind returns on ready-to-ship items, within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Personalised or custom-made pieces (for example, custom text, dimensions, or design changes) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
