1. About Us
The Website is operated by Embercut Studio, Shop No. 306, Sri Vasavi Kanyaka Commercial Complex, Traders Welfare Society, Near Chilakaluripet ‘Y’ Junction, Lalpuram, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh – 522017. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Embercut Studio, and “you” refers to the person using the Website or placing an order.
2. Products
We sell handcrafted, laser-cut multilayer wooden wall art. Because each piece is finished by hand, small variations in colour, grain, texture and finish are natural and are not considered defects. Product photographs are for illustration; colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen. Dimensions listed on product pages are approximate.
3. Pricing
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
4. Orders
An order is confirmed only after successful payment and our order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or product information error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.
5. Payment
We accept payments through UPI, credit and debit cards and net banking via our secure payment partner. We do not store your card details. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
6. Custom and Bulk Orders
For custom, personalised or bulk orders, the design, price, quantity and timeline will be agreed with you before production. Custom and personalised pieces cannot be cancelled once production has started and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is handled as described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates, and we are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or events outside our control.
8. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds are handled as described in our Refund and Returns Policy.
